eHow as a Source of Passive Income: How Passive Is it?

Due to life's circumstances I've only been able to write four articles at eHow this month. To date none of those four articles has earned anything, which means all of my earnings are coming from work I did prior to this month.

This is my first chance to see how eHow will perform as a source of truly passive income. So far I'm pleased with the results.

I'll post an update of my income at the end of the month as usual.

I guess we'll both see how passive eHow is. Although I did write a few article in January, they really didn't earn very much. Most of my earnings, just like yours, are from the older articles.

I am looking forward to seeing how this goes for you. I am starting to see my Ehow earnings continue to grow, but I have been doing a lot of writing in December and January. When my client work picks back up, I will likely have to cut back and see how well my residual income on Ehow continues to grow.

I have just over 100 articles on ehow and have moved from writing to marketing them. I know your goal is for it to be 100% passive, but a little marketing can give them a big boost, especially if you can get them from page 2 to page 1 in the SERPs.

How are you marketing them, Jeff?

Find communities and websites that have users looking for the info and share the links. Share in whatever ways you can but, if possible, use your target keywords in your anchor text. Hope this helps, go eHowers!
